Judgment Day
I see it coming like a freight train
Small in the distance now
Growing larger and larger
With each passing second.
My mind envisions its size
As it speeds into my field of vision.
I see it getting bigger and bigger
Its mass growing before my eyes.
It’s unstoppable at this point.
An irresistible event in the making
On a one-way track toward humanity
With millions of lives in its path.
No matter how hard I try
I can’t turn away
From what will soon become
Mankind’s judgment day.
